Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy
As each product is handcrafted, we accept returns only if the item received is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect product

Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

No Refund For:

Custom sizes
Worn or used products
Minor thread variations due to handwork

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
